About Physio With Caleb
Two things: hands-on physiotherapy (home visits, sports rehabilitation, post-surgery and stroke recovery) delivered by a qualified physiotherapist, and the Stroke Arm Recovery Program — a structured 12-week online exercise program you can follow at home.
In-person and home-visit physiotherapy is available across Ghana. The online recovery program can be used anywhere with an internet connection.

The Stroke Arm Recovery Program
A structured 12-week online program of daily, video-guided arm and hand exercises for stroke survivors — covering shoulder stability, elbow control, wrist mobility, hand opening, and grip, at three adjustable difficulty levels.
Each week has six exercise days and one rest day. Daily sessions take about 15–30 minutes and are guided by video with safety cues built in.
No. The program is designed to complement professional care, not replace it. Always consult your doctor or physiotherapist before starting, and keep attending your regular appointments.
Payments & Billing
All payments are processed securely through Paystack. You can pay by card or mobile money (MTN MoMo, AirtelTigo, Telecel Cash). We never see or store your full payment details.
We don’t offer a free trial, but every plan is backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the program isn’t right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
The program is offered on monthly and annual subscriptions, and (where available) a one-time lifetime plan. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
You can cancel your subscription any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds & Cancellations
Yes — we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription charge. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or free reschedule. Cancellations with less notice, or missed appointments, may be charged for the reserved time.
