Refund Policy

We stand behind our program and our services. This policy sets out how refunds and cancellations work so you always know where you stand before you pay.
1. Overview
Physio With Caleb wants you to feel confident about every payment you make. This policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund for our two paid offerings: the online Stroke Arm Recovery Program (a subscription) and in-person physiotherapy services (booked sessions). All payments are processed securely through Paystack.
2. Subscription Refunds (Online Program)
14-day money-back guarantee. If you are charged for your first subscription period and are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of that first charge and we will refund it in full.
Cancelling later. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period after the money-back window has passed.
Renewals. Subscriptions renew automatically. A charge for a renewal is not eligible for a refund once the new period has begun, but you can cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal.
3. Physiotherapy Session Refunds
For in-person or home physiotherapy sessions booked and paid in advance:
- Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice — full refund or free reschedule.
- Less than 24 hours' notice or a missed appointment — the session may be charged in part or in full to cover the reserved time.
- Completed sessions are non-refundable.
If a session is cancelled by us, you will always be offered a full refund or a free reschedule at your choice.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us at calebaseye@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +233 55 364 6083 with the name and email on your account (or your booking details) and a short note about your request.
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Paystack and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or mobile-money provider.
