Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
Please read these terms carefully before using our website, the Stroke Arm Recovery Program, or our physiotherapy services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Physio With Caleb website, the Stroke Arm Recovery Program, or any of our physiotherapy services (together, "the Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Physio With Caleb.
2. About Our Services
Physio With Caleb provides:
- In-person and home physiotherapy — including assessments, sports rehabilitation, post-surgery recovery, and stroke rehabilitation, delivered by a qualified physiotherapist.
- The Stroke Arm Recovery Program — a structured 12-week online exercise program with video-guided sessions, progress tracking, and educational resources for stroke survivors and their caregivers.
The Services are designed to complement, not replace, professional medical care. They are not a medical device or diagnostic tool.
3. Accounts
To use the online program you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to be at least 18 years old (or to have the authority of the person you are registering on behalf of).
4. Payments and Subscriptions
The online program is offered on paid subscription plans (billed monthly or annually) and, where available, a one-time lifetime plan. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. In-person services are paid per session or package.
All payments are processed securely by Paystack. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We may change our prices with reasonable notice; changes will not affect a billing period you have already paid for.
5. Medical Disclaimer
The Services do not provide medical advice. Exercises and information are for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. Always consult your doctor or physiotherapist before starting any exercise program.
If you experience pain, dizziness, or other adverse symptoms during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical advice. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the Services — including text, graphics, videos, exercise material, and logos — is the property of Physio With Caleb and protected by law. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or share program videos or materials.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Physio With Caleb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services. The online program is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.
Recovery after stroke varies between individuals, and we do not guarantee any specific health outcome or result.
8. Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity. You may stop using the Services at any time by cancelling your subscription.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
