By accessing or using the Stroke Arm Recovery Program ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Stroke Arm Recovery Program.
The Stroke Arm Recovery Program is a web-based application that provides a structured, 12-week arm and hand exercise program designed for stroke survivors. The Service includes video-guided exercises, progress tracking, educational resources, and caregiver support materials.
The Service is designed to complement, not replace, professional healthcare. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or clinical service. The exercises and information provided are general in nature and have not been tailored to your individual medical needs.
To access the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. If you are creating an account on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to do so.
The Service is available through paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your plan cycle (monthly or annually), unless you have purchased lifetime access.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods, except as provided under our 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice. Any price changes will not affect your current billing period.
The Service does not provide medical advice. The exercises, information, and resources provided through the Service are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult your doctor, physiotherapist, or other qualified healthcare professional before beginning this or any exercise program. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have accessed through this Service.
If you experience any adverse symptoms during exercise, stop immediately and consult your healthcare provider. In an emergency, call your local emergency services.
All content within the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, exercise descriptions, educational materials, logos, and software, is the property of the Stroke Arm Recovery Program and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Stroke Arm Recovery Program and its creators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We do not guarantee any specific health outcomes or results from using the Service. Recovery after stroke varies significantly between individuals and is influenced by many factors beyond the scope of this program.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behaviour that is harmful to other users or to the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
